According to Realtor.com Phoenix, Arizona has been listed as one of the Top 10 turnaround cities in 4th Quarter 2011. The list was created based on market rankings, median price appreciation, median age of inventory and inventory reduction. The report states that the Phoenix area is returning to stability with median prices up 15-38 percent compared to a year ago.
