According to a HomeGain survey of more than 1,400 homeowners, 72% of them said they were satisfied with homeownership. Of these homeowners that stated they were satisfied short sales purchasers were most likely to be satisfied with their choice followed by those that purchased foreclosures. Price Depreciation was the main reason for those that reported they were dissatisfied. While short sales take some patience while waiting for the bank approval sometimes the wait is worth the value you receive!!!

What is a Short Sale???
