The National Association of Realtors just released the home sales from October 2011 and show a 1.4% month over month increase in existing homes sales while housing inventory has decreased 2.2% which represents an 8 month supply. Of the homes sales in October distressed homes made up only 28% of these sales. If you are looking to sale your home now would be a great time to put it on the market!
